Local home owners shower starts a huge fire!

Under the fire shown, there was a faulty wire that was the cause of the fire.

SERVPRO of North Clackamas and Happy Valley received an emergency call around 2 in the morning regarding a local fire. Within an hour of receiving the call, our production manager was on site. Our production manager proceeds to do  the sketch of the home once the sketch is done he reports back to the crew who is at the office so they are able to prep vans for the work. As our production manager is doing the sketch he realizes the cause of the fire came from the restroom. The source of the fire was a faulty wire located underneath the shower. The whole house is covered in smoke , along with the contents inside the home. The family had only lived in the home for 3 weeks prior to the fire. It was a two story home that had a basement. All 3 levels were damaged. Once everything was done for the sketch our teams were on route prepared to restore the home and remove all smoke odor. 

When the crew arrived they were then assigned their tasks , first thing first they had to demo out all of the appliances that the fire didn't completely wipe out. There were cabinets ,a kitchen table ,  they had to remove the countertop surfaces,  and the kitchen tile and underlayment. Once they emptied the home with all the items that were affected by the fire and finished demolition the next part of the job was to take out the remaining drywall and completely gut the home. Meaning taking the house down to basically just the studs. Our crews then brought in dehumidifiers into the home in order to help with the remaining soo and smoke odor the crew could only place two of them due to the breaker.
