Mold strikes in Happy Valley

Homeowner noticed musty smell in one area of home. He immediately called SERVPRO of Milwaukie Happy Valley, we rushed out to assist in the discovery of the origin of the musty smell. Upon thorough investigation it was determined this was an exterior hose bib leak inside the wall that had gone unnoticed for several months.

In the before picture you can see the damaged hardwoods under the carpet along with the water line from the water damage.

In the after picture you can see the drywall, insulation, carpet and hardwood have been removed down to the sub floor. This revealed the water migration. Which we were able to contain and dry.
