Ice dam in Lake Oswego

During storms all sorts of things can happen, snow can make your roof cave in, freezing temperatures can make everything freeze and before you know it you have an ice dam which caused damage to her roof and the inside of her home.

In this before picture you will see the home owner removed some drywall to try to source what was going on, they had a suspicion but called SERVPRO of Milwaukie Happy Valley for confirmation.

In the after picture you will see that the ceiling had to be removed as well as insulation. This ice dam caused tremendous damage through out this home.
