Water damage in Kitchen

This water damaged kitchen is in Clackamas. We received a call from the home owner in extreme distress. We responded right away and we were on site with in 30 minutes. Once we were on the scene we were able to assess and determine the cause of loss. It appears that the home owner had an older dishwasher that had started to leak at some point.

In the before picture you will see the wood floors are cupping due to the trapped moisture under the wood floors.

In the after photo you will see the dishwasher and wood floors had to be removed to complete the drying.
